[ISSUE] Tut 7 Eigenmode simulation producing different results from Reference #33

Description

Describe the issue
I was working through tut 7, the qubit-only capacitance simulation works fine and gets similar results as the tutorial reference. I then went on to the eigenmode simulation and got it to run and got different answers to the simulation

Steps to Reproduce
Used Windows subsystem for linux to get ubuntu on windows 11, installed spack, used spack to get palace. Ran tut 7 with eigen_sim.run() commented out (It keeps throwing an error). Use the "qubit-cavity-eig-test.json" file created from eigen_sim.prepare_simulation() to directly run palace.

Expected behavior
Should give roughly
Qubit frequency = 3.7 GHz
Cavity frequency = 6.98 GHz

From tut 7 using their simulation:
Qubit frequency = 3.136773 GHz
Cavity frequency = 7.182393 GHz

Actual behavior
Simulation yields roughly (Qubit frequency fine but cavity is off)
Qubit frequency = 3.122 GHz
Cavity frequency = 9.588 GHz

Screenshots
Generates these results (Roughly gets qubit frequency right but cavity frequency is way off):
