report errors that occur during Readme generation #36
Description
when errors occur in the Jinja action that builds the readme, no errors are actually reported. Instead, portions of the readme like a sub-template just do not appear in the final Readme, but no reason is made clear
errors should be captured and reported in the Jinja action so that troubleshooting and fixing template errors is easier
