Another suggestion:

For the statistics, it may be interesting to add to the plots and symmary statistics the combined ROC and PR curve computed from all folds.
I think you calculate the mean of the folds, but you could also calculate one global AUC ROC & PR just concatenating the folds. For the 95% CI you can use asymptotic theory (Delong method)
