Add proper chi2 to Kalman tracks #1060
Description
The current chi2 assigned to Kalman tracks is the sum of predicted chi2 increments calculated during the Kalman track-finding process, rather than the chi2 of the track after fitting. We want to calculate the chi2 correctly.
