The mouse CCF version as the reference #44

Thank you for providing this excellent tool! It is amazing.
I have a question about the use of Allen Brain Mouse CCF in the tutorial. In the current tutorial: https://jef.works/STalign/notebooks/merfish-allen3Datlas-alignment.html, I found that you use CCF_2017. Is this CCFv2 or CCFv3? I found that the annotation does not match the current Allen Brain Interactive Brower. In addition, I saw that under the file folder, there is http://download.alleninstitute.org/informatics-archive/current-release/mouse_ccf/annotation/ccf_2022/. Is there any way we can use the newer version, and what is the reason for you choosing CCF_2017 in the tutorial? Thank you so much!
