.banuser not working

using .banuser @username doesn't work (if I and my bot are correctly permed) - I think plug may have changed their API around, perhaps?

Oh actually the way I wrote it was just simply .banuser username, no @ symbol. Would you like me to change it so that you could also do .banuser @username as well?
