Request to lower the zoom level for rivers and streams - in the cycling map

Currently in the cycling map rivers and streams only show on high zoom levels.
Request to please change as follows:

Zoom 10 and higher - Show rivers without names
Zoom 11 and higher - Add streams without names
Zoom 12 and higher - Add river names
Zoom 13 and higher - Add stream names
