No deployment found.

Using the latest 1.0a53 pre-release, I've tried to launch examples/Hello3DWorld.ipynb and examples/NumPyArrayPointSet.ipynb in google colab and locally in jupyter lab and I get a message "No deployment found"

On colab:

I ran the environment check notebook first.

The browser console reports:

bafybeifqmoui4r4jpdo6sqpxvnjujh4hgygp4vr34qinuwi4uqayflq6xm.on.fleek.co/:1 
       Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 404 ()

The page indeed says "No deployment found."

and I see a similar fleek.co URLs in

itkwidgets/itkwidgets/viewer_config.py
