Add section about matplotlib and data analysis #2

Introducing Numpy, Pandas and Matplotlib
We could give an example dataset of e.g. sensor data of a physics experiment or may be more fun analyse a Corona infection dataset. That would be a very useful example. Like we @fkiwitt had in PGdP.
We could plot some simple graphs and introduce some processing functions like aggregating some numbers for changing curves or the 2 week incidence by 1000 citizens.
