Issues with input data labels - automatic check of classification items? #79

Dear @stefanpauliuk and Nildem @atasayn, as mentioned previously, in some input data files (e.g., 3_SHA_MaxRenovationPotential_NonResBuildings_V1.0; 3_MC_RECC_NonResBuildings_Renovation_Absolute_V1.1) there are label errors, e.g., because labels ending with a number were dragged across cells in excel; or because of different spelling than in master classification file. Thus, if we could implement a label verification tool similar to the IEDC data validator (https://www.industrialecology.uni-freiburg.de/iedcValidate.aspx) this would help a lot. Let's discuss in the new year. Thanks!
