Description of the property_key for time-taking indicators outdated

In the file "RingKeypadV2.md" is an outdated description to controll indicators where time makes sense.

Unfortunatelly I never made a merge-request in github, therefore the fastest way for me to contribute is to post an issue.

WRONG

"[...] For indicators where a time make sense (e.g. entry delay, exit delay or alarms), use property_key 7 and a value of the number of seconds you want it to last. [...]"

CORRECTED

"[...] For indicators where a time make sense (e.g. entry delay, exit delay or alarms), use property_key "timeout" and a value of a duration description, e. g. "1m30s". [...]"
