Move workshop22 agenda

I think we should move the workshop22 agenda (https://intersect-training.org/agenda/) to https://intersect-training.org/workshop22/agenda/. Should be easy. Just need to make sure anything that refers to it gets updated too. But this should wait until after the workshop for those that have bookmarked it or have a direct link (rather than set up a permalink)....hence the issue.
