Imminent DREF export - extra content in export

Steps to Reproduce the Issue

1. Export the PDF for the Imminent (NEW) DREF in the Colombia MDRCO033 DREF
2. In the Scenario Analysis section, the field “ When and where is the hazard expected to happen?” the word “cauca” appears at the end of the content.
3. Is not possible to delete and is not appearing in the online form, only once exported.

Expected Behavior

The word “cauca” should not appear in the content for that field, nor any other word not inputted by the user.

Actual Behavior

The word “cauca” is appearing in the field mentioned above, even if not inputted by user.

I also tested the Jamaica imminent DREF hurricane Melissa and this does not happen there.

Priority

Medium (Affects functionality, but there is a workaround)

Additional Context (Optional)

The imminent DREF MDRC033 has been published with some post processing by the field team after exporting to delete the word, and I have not been able to replicate this issue in any other DREF, but worth looking into.
