AB Electronics library is copied in rather than added as a dependency.

Can we automate / amalgamate into a venv? See https://github.com/abelectronicsuk/ABElectronics_Python_Libraries.  They're not on PyPi.org

Adding this as an issue just to keep track of some thoughts on possible improvements.
