Vanilla light engine #37
Description
A vanilla light engine is a must-have feature in Jet since when client receives block updates, it updates light level values for these blocks with values from the light engine. As we have no vanilla light engine, it intruduces many issues causing data inconsistency. Some of these issues were solved in Jet by a hacky way, but there are still some other issues.
