vehicle max speed

I assume the max speed limit part of the script is for cars that can already go over 120 or 130, but for cars that are limited like my dominator asp or any electric car I'm stuck going 123 mph. Is there anything I can do?
PS: I've tried Kiddion's and ofc harmless Lua scripts and haven't found anything that worked for online vehicles.
