Publish transitdata-common to Maven Central #288
Description
Currently transitdata-common is published to GitHub Packages. GitHub Packages needs authentication which is cumbersome to use. Additionally Dependabot cannot access GitHub Packages because it does not have the authentication key, which means that we can't use Dependabot to automatically update transitdata-common.
