Add CMake build

Well we all have a love-hate relationship with autotools. They are complicated as hell, but once you understand them well, they get the job done.

However, everyone is moving on to CMake. It does more, not maybe as well, by Vox Populi, Vox Dei.

The good news is that my AI assistant is great at CMake so this will be pretty easy to add.
