Change Google Analytics tag on github pages generated support site content

I think that in error, we use different Google Analytics tags on the Github pages generated support site content and the Doxygen generated support site pages. I can't think why we would do this on purpose and assume it was a mistake. I could be wrong.

I propose we use the Doxygen GA tag here on the github pages tag. There's more content on the Doxygen side.

The HDF Group internal only:
We would then use the GA property "https://support.hdfgroup.org - GA4" and NOT "NEW Support (Aug 30 2024)"

New GA tag to use is G-57FMZK4S7X
