ArchR dependency issue for installation

Try to install ArchR even with chromVAR (both seperate and with ArchR), but not able to do it ? How to handle this issue

If you are getting an error, it is likely due to something specific to your dataset, usage, or computational environment, all of which are extremely challenging to troubleshoot. As such, we require reproducible examples (preferably using the tutorial dataset) from users who want assistance. If you cannot reproduce your error, we will not be able to help.

Yes, so Mac has switched from intel to M-series, thereby many packages which used to work earlier will not work. One way is to install the R program which use intel x64, on Mac M1/M2. The R software will be installed without issues, however the speed and performance will be bit slower side. I believe that's a trade off we need to accept it.

Since my project required extensive multiome analysis, ArchR was not much of help, so strictly ATAC/scATAC I think it should work fine
