I have a problem with more products in the shopping cart because I get an error when adding a product

I can confirm that this issue exists and it has critical consequences resulting in inability to finish purchase in our store.

It's very bad idea to store cart content, which can be quite large in size limited storage. Generally, cookies are not meant to be used for storing large amounts of data (more than 4092 bytes) so using them as a cache for cart content is bad design.
