This message is a follow-up to our earlier notice regarding the launch of the new Tradewinds website and video submission platform. We're happy to let you know that your existing submissions have already been securely migrated.

To help you present your awardable solution in the best possible way and enhance discoverability for prospective government customers, we invite you to provide a few updates to your Awardable solution.

Action Needed: Log In and Update Your Solution Listing

Please log in to your Tradewinds account here https://www.tradewindai.com/tw-marketplace to make these important updates:

Supply a Preferred Thumbnail Image: Provide a thumbnail for your solution video. The platform accepts JPEG, JPG, or PNG files, and uploads of up to 1 GB are supported. Please send your video thumbnail to success@tradewindai.com, and our team will update your thumbnail image. This will make your video stand out!
Add an Alternate Point of Contact (POC): You now have the option to add an alternate POC and email to your video submission. This is crucial as it will help the Tradewinds team and prospective government customers get in touch if the primary submitting POC cannot be reached.
Update Additional Video Fields: We've added new fields to help government customers filter their searches more effectively. Please consider adding information such as:
FedRAMP Status
Impact Level (IL)
Authorities to Operate (ATO) Status
Facility Clearance Status
Foreign Ownership, Control, or Influence (FOCI) Status

These updates will not only help the Tradewinds team better support you but will also significantly improve how government customers find and evaluate your solutions.
