Provide a Readme or similar explaining how to use the code supplied to recreate the paper findings

Good day,
I just read your paper "Mapping Informal Settlements in Developing Countries using Machine Learning and Low Resolution Multi-spectral Data" and When I checked your Github Repo, I cannot find the code that you actually used to create the outputs mentioned in the paper. I am particularly interested in the Canonical Correlation Forests method and I cannot find that in your repo
