Implement command generation

This is the "point-and-click" part. Probably won't require changes to server code. 

**Required Tasks**

- [ ] Default commands are generated when clicking different types of objects
- [ ] User can choose command other than default

> **NOTE:**
> This cannot be fully implemented until client knowledge of available server commands is implemented
