Port/Peripheral information

I had been experiencing a built-in trackpad failure, but it recovered after several reboots. Framework Support recommended upgrading the firmware.

Standalone Operation

Are you running your mainboard as a standalone device. Is standalone mode enabled in the BIOS?

  • Yes
  • No

Describe the bug

When I run the LVFS updater, the 3.06 BIOS is not available and is not installed despite being available for a couple of months and is available at https://knowledgebase.frame.work/framework-laptop-12-bios-and-driver-releases-13th-gen-intel-core-HyrqeX2ex.

Steps To Reproduce

fwupdmgr refresh --force && fwupdmgr get-updates && fwupdmgr update

Notice no updates are available, yet the laptop is still using BIOS 3.04.

Expected behavior

I expected to be prompted to update the BIOS to 3.06.
