Describe the bug
When I run the LVFS updater, the 3.06 BIOS is not available and is not installed despite being available for a couple of months and is available at https://knowledgebase.frame.work/framework-laptop-12-bios-and-driver-releases-13th-gen-intel-core-HyrqeX2ex.
Steps To Reproduce
fwupdmgr refresh --force && fwupdmgr get-updates && fwupdmgr updateNotice no updates are available, yet the laptop is still using BIOS 3.04.
Expected behavior
I expected to be prompted to update the BIOS to 3.06.
