How about example(s) of how to customize the ui-table node?

How about example(s) of how to customize the ui-table node?  For example how to select a row in the table and hilite to a given text color and background color across the entire row.  This was well supported and documented in the original dashboard for Node Red... seems it would be obvious to show this same basic functionality in the new dashboard, no?
