When using Notebook and Tabs configurations in the Dashboard, as well as dialog-type groups, it is not possible to edit the widget layout interactively, even when the layout editing action is enabled.

The interactive drag-and-drop behavior appears to be disabled or ignored in these cases, preventing users from repositioning or resizing widgets directly from the dashboard editor.

Additionally, spacer widgets cannot be edited from the Dashboard toolbar. Their configuration can only be modified dynamically (via Dinamic Layout configuration), but not interactively through the editor, unlike other widget types.

Expected behavior

•	Interactive layout editing should be consistently available for Notebook, Tabs, and dialog-type groups when layout editing is enabled.
•	Spacer widgets should be editable from the Dashboard toolbar in the same way as other widgets.

Actual behavior

•	Interactive layout editing is not available for the mentioned configurations.
•	Spacers cannot be edited from the Dashboard UI.

This limitation makes dashboard layout design less intuitive and inconsistent across widget and group types.

I can confirm that interactive editing does not seem to work for tabs layout pages.

The spacer issue was reported in issue #1792. It has been fixed and will be available in the next release, due within the next few days.
