Wrong config file on Bodies & rods test?

On the bodies and rods config file is a strange "tdb" field, which shifts all other fields "to the right". Thus VIV is enabled, and the coefficients are messed up.

From bodies and rods:

Good eye @sanguinariojoe, it looks like it is only for the nylon line (11 input values), while the cable and buoyancy are still at 10. I'm not sure why that is in there, but given the supposed tbd coefficient is zero I think it should be fine to remove it
