typos in the fixml readme.md

There are one misinformation in the [readme.md](https://github.com/UBC-MDS/fixml) of fixml github repository. 

The explanations under [test spect generator](https://github.com/UBC-MDS/fixml?tab=readme-ov-file#test-spec-generator) are wrong.
