Can't build, cannot open FujiD_debug.lib (it doesn't exist)

Following the Dev Environment instructions leads me to this:

cannot open file 'D:\feedback\fuji\dist\lib\x64\FujiD_debug.lib'

The Fuji project seems to build fine, leaving _static_ variants, but FujiD doesn't leave a trace even when it builds successfully. I come from C# land, so I don't want to mess with anything really.
