After successful installation (6ab4ddb) I get this error:

python fint.py 
Traceback (most recent call last):
  File "/home/a/a270073/models/fesom/fint/src/fint/fint.py", line 18, in <module>
    from .regions import define_region, define_region_from_file, mask_ne
ImportError: attempted relative import with no known parent package

Hi Chris!

Could you say how you installed fint?

fint can be installed with pip install -e .
you can try then to run test.sh in the test folder to check if everything is working.
