Automute function replacing Aeoncommander's autokick

-Spam by users (which can be defined later) will result in QAI auto-muting the user.
QAI can then pm the user and tell them how long they are muted for.
After a suitable time period, unmuted. They could also appeal to a mod to get them unmuted.

I think this would be far better than the autokick currently in place.
