Rested XP not working properly

2 characters :

• Paladin Helthren level 43 logged out wednesday 03/01/2018 around 8PM
• Mage Farmina level 43 logged out wednesday 03/01/2018 around 8PM

Today 06/01/2018 - 8h30

• Paladin Helthren level 43 has 80k rested XP
• Mage Farmina level 43 has 20k rested XP

Logout in the same Inn (Tanaris one) at the same time.

Sadly it's not the first time, it's the 3 times i encounter this bug in any Inn or city.
This costs me a lot of time to try to manage on my own. I would gladly accept a manual fix to my mage for this time (If that's possible). Now have to wait 3 days just to top the max rested XP to be able to even both characters.
