Add DateTime support

DateTime values should be easily be serialized and deserialized.

Since there are many different ways for date serialization, users should be able to select the corresponding format.

One supported format should be the extended profile of the ISO 8601-1:2019 format; for example, "2019-07-26T16:59:57-05:00".
