Using ABC-max to analyze target gene #5

Hi，ABC model is really great and useful. But I still have some questions. How can I use the ABC-max code to analyze the target gene in other diseases(eg. Autoimmune diseases) using my own data? Which data should I prepare, disease-related gene sets, ABC.score of enhancers from ABC model or GWAS data ？ I'm a little confused about config part in ABC-max and I want to know the specific data which should be prepared in this model.
