Raise a warning if units rows are found #744
Description
I want to encourage users to delete these rows as they are not used in the model and can potentially be incorrect/contradictory. The new approach of specifying commodity units and currency is more robust.
Therefore, where we're dropping this row in the code, we should also raise a warning to flag this to users
