[BUG] Log messages from TOML file missing from log files #743
Description
Log messages generated while reading the settings file are printed to the output but not saved in the log files. I guess maybe the file logging is set up after the settings file is read? Not sure, need to investigate
Pretty sure this is a new issue since I refactored the toml module
