Appraisal is being run on all assets in a group #1045
Description
In cases where a divisible asset has been split from a parent into multiple unit assets, these all exist as individual Assets which are currently treated as completely independent entities. As a result, when it comes to appraisal to decide which assets to retain, we run appraisal each of these assets then compare them to find the best. This is pointless though - we know that all assets in the same group are identical and will have the same metric (pending #1041), so we really only need to appraise one of them each round.
From initial tests this seems to be an enormous performance bottleneck, so something we should clean up soon
