(BUG) Sending all the funds in your wallet in NavPay may leave some Nav behind (0.00001)

Have some nav in your navpay, send a transaction somewhere and select "use all funds". Most funds will be sent but 0.0001 may remain. (I say may because I'm not sure this occurs everytime, needs more testing)
