Description

@huohuoxi

I am using a school server so I do not have the root permission.
Fortunately using python 3.6.8 can solve this problem.
Here's my pip list for python 3.6.8. I'm not sure which is required, but just copying this list can help you run the file.
I hope this will help you.

conda create -n tfcpu python=3.6.8
conda install tensorflow==1.13.1
