Combining Neotoma and PBDB queries using ELC in Flyover Country

Looking at combining the Neotoma and PBDB queries FC makes into a single query to ELC. @jpjenk

From each, we request using a list of taxon names with some exclusions. For example:

From PBDB:

"Dinosauria^aves",   
"Acanthostega",
"Ichthyostega",
"Crassigyrinus",
"Archosauria^Aves",
"Synapsida^Mammalia" 
etc.

From Neotoma:

"Mastodon"
"Casteroides"
"Panthera leo atrox"
"Mammuthus" 
etc.

Things we use in FC

Taxon Name (both)
Site Name (both?)
img id (phylopic - currently using images hosted by PBDB)
coordinates (both)
ecospace (pbdb) - currently using diet but other things may be interesting
age old/young (both)
Common names (hard)
Other cool things???

In some magic world it would be great if this all came back as GeoJSON, but we can also transform it client side.
