Feature Request: Notify thread if user reacts to a modmail message

Currently there's no way to know if a user reacts to a modmail message. This doesn't seem too important at face value, but consider a warning being issued where the user reacts to the warning with a thumbs up. As moderators we would have no idea this happened, and assume the user ignored or otherwise didn't respond to our warning.

I understand that having the bot "copy" reactions over is messy, especially when custom emojis are involved, but if the bot just posted a message notifying moderators of the event, it would be very helpful.
