Request from RP31 in Post-Processing Workbench forum - ignore short/long lines

It would be useful for my purpose to be able to skip the short and long line checks.

I am using it to check a text file which results from processing a Latex file to remove all the Latex stuff so the lines are much the same as the original and the short and long line output is longer than anything else.

This would involve adding the option & handling to pptext, plus adding a check box to ppwb.
