Move from Vue to Svelte

Vue has been a worthy friend for several years, but now that Svelte exists, it may be the time to give it a huge opportunity.

So, when everything else is done (every UI enhancement, every new feature, the migration from Nuxt to plain Vue) and some pet project works with Svelte, maybe we migrate the whole project to Svelte, only if the following thing applies to Svelte: It is more performant. If it is just better, I will migrate the whole project.
