Menus clipped by page images #33

In the new https://digitalcommons.coop/housing-data-project/
page on the website, the menus are getting clipped by the strip of icon links to the different parts of the document.
Appreciate it may only be noticable on some browsers. Also we don't have any menus with more than 3 options, so no functionality is hidden atm. So probably not a high priority.
