Change Log In link to Support Us

I've added a theme custom setting support_us_url which if present will enable a "Support Us" button which links to this URL.

I've left the setting empty as we don't have a URL for this yet...

@wu-lee 'log in' is still there for me, should this be removed? It has no function.

It was restored when I reverted the "Support Us" button.  It has a function, but we don't currently use it. Wasn't sure whether to clobber it entirely.

Is it possible to have it so that it only appears if the function is turned on?

I know there's a member section, but I'd turned it off as it's not necessary right now, surely ghost should know that's not required anymore
