How to transfer the results of data processing to the database

In the process of using ispyb-api, I encountered some problems, the result of my data processing is generated in the form of a file, and the data in the file needs to be parsed manually by myself, or can ispyb-api be automatically parsed.

I don't really understand the script on the diagram, the data processing part, how it uploads the data processing results to the database.
