Add an option to accept ete3 taxa.sqlite file

Hi,

ete3 read taxa.sqlite from ~/.etetoolkit/taxa.sqlite, so all users who use OMArk need to prepare a taxa.sqlite copy, OMArk add an option to accept taxa.sqlite file may solve this problem.

I implemented this option (can be used with -e <path_to_taxasqlite> ) with commit 5da9380 .

The latest version on bioconda should now have this feature.
