How to obtain dose values for each TF in combination treatments? #2

Thank you for your paper and for making the data available, it’s all really interesting!
I’m currently exploring the dataset through TF_atlas.rds and have a question regarding the cases where cells are treated with two transcription factors. In these combination conditions, only a single dosage value is provided, rather than one dose per TF.
I looked into the preprocessing steps to understand how the doses were handled, but this part is still unclear to me.
Is there an easy way to access the dosage information for each TF individually?
