Make CI run examples step 5 and 6. #104
Description
Due to problems with the VTK output, see #26 and #30, the examples step 5 and 6 currently do not work (1.) on Windows, (2.) on MacOS, and (3.) on Julia versions < 1.9.
As a workaround to make the CI run, we currently skip them in the CI. On the long run, of course it would be cleaner to fix the underlying problems...
